KYLE ALLMAN
EVP/Chief Revenue OfficerKyle V. Allman is the Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer for BLACK ENTERPRISE.
Allman originally joined BLACK ENTERPRISE in 1999 as a Circulation Manager for the Magazine. In that role he was responsible for all new business and renewal subscriptions as well as gift, cover wrap, and insert programs related to maintaining and increasing magazine readership. To increase brand awareness, he created the ‘Financial Empowerment Series,’ a series of afterwork financial networking seminars for African American professionals in 2004. While maintaining his circulation responsibilities, Allman developed and created the ‘Series’ concept and agenda. Additionally, he participated in the solicitation of sponsorship for the ‘Series.’ This involvement led Allman to officially join the Sales department in 2005 selling across all mediums under the BLACK ENTERPRISE umbrella.
Allman now oversees the BLACK ENTERPRISE national sales team focused on creating cross-platform media partnerships through a vibrant website, social media platforms, and national events which include the BLACK ENTERPRISE Women of Power Summit, the BLACK ENTERPRISE Disruptor Summit, Black Men XCEL, the HBCU Hackathon, and the BLACK ENTERPRISE Women of Power Tech Summit.
Prior to joining BLACK ENTERPRISE, Allman served as a Circulation Manager for other magazines such as ICON (Men’s thought style magazine) and Graphis (Visual Communication and Graphic Arts magazine).
Allman received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Long Island University and serves on a number of community-focused boards.
He currently resides in New York with his wife, Cynthia Allman, who is a NYC Probation Officer and his son Kyle Allman Jr., who is a college graduate from Cal State Fullerton University and is currently a professional basketball player in Istanbul, Türkiye.
